Our bed and breakfast in Loudoun County, Virginia is a welcome pet-friendly alternative to impersonal chain hotels when traveling with your dog. We welcome dogs only (no cats or other pets) when notified in advance.

• We charge $10 extra per night for one or more dogs.
• Owners must clean up dog waste.
• Dogs must be crated if left alone in your room.
• We have the right to limit dogs to certain sizes or breeds or to certain rooms.
• Dogs must be fed on a mat or outside.
• If your dog climbs on furniture, the furniture must be covered with a sheet or throw. Ask for one if needed.
• Please wipe off dirty dog paws before entering the house or cottage.
• Damage will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
• Unsociable dogs (barking, chewing, aggression) may be asked to leave.
