This area satisfies diverse interests and lifestyles. We are located close to a variety of attractions and activities including wineries and craft breweries, historic sites, shopping and antiques, hiking and biking, horseback riding, and eating in the many wonderful restaurants.

Enjoy the many activities and events throughout the year, including horse events like steeplechase and point-to-point races, country fairs, garden and farm tours, arts and crafts shows, and the Christmas in Middleburg parade. Take excursions to Washington DC, Harpers Ferry, WV, or Shenandoah National Park.

After spending more than 20 years in the financial services industry, Ellen decided to make a career change by purchasing the farm and turning it into a bed & breakfast and event site. Undaunted by the fact that she knew nothing about the hospitality business, Ellen has wholeheartedly embraced it. She enjoys welcoming guests from all walks of life and seeing them delight in the beauty of this property.
